Booking Policies

Guests

Please DO NOT bring additional guests. Only guests with appointments will be allowed inside the salon. For the safety and sanitation of our guests, Humble&Vain does not allow children or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.

Cancellations

Your appointments are every important to Humble&Vain Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore; we respectfully require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for 50% of the cost for your Service in which was scheduled. Same day cancellations or NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the cost for your service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Humble&Vain.

Deposit

All clients are required to pay a deposit prior to booking which will go toward your services for that day & Credit Card will be held on file.  In the case that the 48 hour notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling, Humble&Vain reserves the right to keep that deposit and you will be charged 50% of the services or 100% of the services if you were to no show or same day cancellation.

Lateness &
No Call/No Shows

It is important that you arrive on time. Pleased be advised that if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and our same day cancellation fee will apply, which is 100% the cost of the service.

 

If you are running late, please text the salon and let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled.

***IMPORTANT: If you do not contact us to cancel / reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service originally scheduled.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you have a problem with your hair of any kind after leaving the Salon, you have 72 hours to contact the Salon to  discuss your needs going forward.

IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON. HOWEVER, IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGED CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION, IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF HUMBLE&VAIN.
